I aim to reply within a few days. Dentocrates is written alongside clinical work, so occasionally it takes a little longer.

What's worth writing about

Corrections If something here is wrong or out of date, please say so. Include the page and what you believe the correct position is, and I'll check it and update it.

Topic requests If there's a subject, chapter or exam area you'd find useful and it isn't here yet, tell me. Requests genuinely shape what gets written next.

Broken links or errors Quizzes that won't load, links that go nowhere, pages that display oddly — let me know what device and browser you were using.

Permissions If you'd like to use material from this site in teaching or study group settings, get in touch and we'll sort something out.

What I can't help with

Please don't post clinical questions about a specific patient. I can't provide diagnosis or treatment advice for an individual case, and it wouldn't be safe or appropriate to try. If you're managing a patient and need guidance, speak to your supervising practitioner or refer to current clinical guidelines.

I also can't advise on the status of your own ADC application, visa, or registration. Those enquiries need to go to the Australian Dental Council, the Dental Board of Australia, or the Department of Home Affairs, as applicable — they hold your file and I don't.
